When I sit or lay on my left side, my left leg and left hip hurt as hell. Whats going on PLEASE SOMEONE help?

This sounds to me like you may have a circulatory problem and you should see a specialist for an evaluation of your circulatory system. I am speaking from experience here as I had a similar problem with my right leg and I did not see a doctor in time with the result that my right leg was amputated above the knee. Please, take my advise and see a specialist right away!
